Our Story

Ten years of leather,
reborn as a social enterprise.

"What is most precious in life is not flawless perfection, but how the broken parts, after hardship, become the strength to rise again."

Founder Yoma Ma lost much of her sight to illness in her early years, at one point nearly losing it completely. That difficult journey gave her a deep belief that everyone has the power to heal.

In 2023, she added a "+" to the name of her decade-old leather brand Broken Fingers, formally transforming it into the social enterprise Broken Fingers+. Working with two local sheltered workshops, the brand focuses on creating dignified work for the community of people with disabilities.
