保養期 Coverage Period
由送達日起 12 個月內，產品在正常使用下出現的製作工藝問題，Broken Fingers+ 提供免費保養維修。
Within 12 months of delivery, we repair manufacturing faults under normal use, free of charge.

受保範圍 Covered
- 甩線 · Loose / unravelling stitching
- 皮邊膠水脫落 · Edge adhesive coming off
- 孭帶膠水脫落 · Strap adhesive coming off
- 五金配件脫落 · Hardware (clasps, rings, rivets) coming loose

不受保範圍 Not Covered
- 利器造成的破損 · Damage from sharp objects
- 皮料被液體浸濕 · Liquid / water damage
- 接觸酒精導致的掉色或腐爛 · Discolouration or rot from alcohol
- 使用不當造成的變形或斷裂（蘋果再造皮革堅韌耐用，正常使用下不會斷裂） · Deformation or breakage from misuse
- 日常使用的自然痕跡：刮花、磨損、變色 · Normal wear, scratches, colour change
- 經自行或第三方維修 / 改裝的產品 · Items repaired or altered elsewhere
- 無法提供訂單編號 / 購買證明的產品 · No proof of purchase
- 客製 / 刻字產品、折扣 / 清貨產品 · Custom, personalised, discounted or clearance items
- 損壞嚴重或不可逆轉、無法修復（損壞範圍超過一半） · Severe or irreversible damage beyond repair

維修運費 Shipping
保養維修之來回運費，由客人與 Broken Fingers+ 各承擔一半。
Return shipping costs for warranty repairs are shared equally between the customer and Broken Fingers+.

如何申請 How to Claim
- 填寫保養維修表格
- 提供：訂單編號、購買日期、產品、問題描述，並附上清晰相片
- 我們於 7 個工作天內回覆，並提供寄回指示
- 收件後 3–4 星期內完成維修並寄回

最終決定權 Final Decision
一切是否維修、以及可維修範圍之界定，Broken Fingers+ 保留最終決定權。本保養不影響你在香港《貨品售賣條例》下的法定權利。
Broken Fingers+ reserves the right to make the final decision on any repair and on what falls within the repairable scope.
