We are a social enterprise. Every leather piece sold on this Site is handcrafted, stitch by stitch, by artisans (makers) at a local sheltered workshop, made in small batches with no large stockpile of inventory. What you buy is not just a product, but support for dignified work. Because everything is handmade, every order takes a little time from placement to dispatch, and we ask for your understanding of slight handmade variations, which we explain further below under Handmade Variation.
You do not need an account to browse the Site or to place an order as a guest. However, if you choose to register an account (to view your order history and check out faster next time), the following applies:

All of our products are handcrafted from apple leather (69% apple-pomace bio-based leather), a durable and hard-wearing material that is USDA Certified Biobased and verified by Beta Analytic to ASTM D6866-22.

Every order is hand-checked piece by piece, packed in an eco-friendly paper bag, and includes a thank-you card. For details on shipping fees, delivery times, and international arrangements, please see the Shipping Policy.
Prices: Prices shown on this Site are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and, unless otherwise stated, do not include shipping or any overseas import taxes or duties. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and order weight; overseas orders may be charged import taxes or duties by local customs, which are borne by the recipient. We cannot estimate or pay these on your behalf.
We reserve the right to change product prices, adjust promotions, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed and accepted before the change.
Pricing errors: We try our best to keep Site information accurate, but if a human or system error results in an obviously incorrect price for a product (for example, a price far below the normal selling price), we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund in full even after you have ordered; we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Payment methods: This Site processes payments through encrypted payment services such as Shopify Payments, accepting credit cards, Apple Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. We do not store your credit card number; payment data is encrypted and handled by the relevant payment provider. All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering, and we only arrange production and dispatch after payment is received.

Each leather piece is hand-stitched by our artisans, and apple leather is itself a material with natural grain, so each finished piece may differ slightly in colour depth, grain direction, texture, and minor dimensions, both from the photos and from one another.
