Can I change my palette after ordering?
Our makers start weaving soon after you order — if you need a change, contact us right away via “Contact us”; once weaving begins it can’t be changed.
Can custom pieces be returned?
As a personalised piece, the DIY Heal Charm can’t be returned for change of mind — see the Warranty and Returns pages for details.
How long until it arrives?
